Hello everyone. Today we are introducing the compact digital camera Canon PowerShot G1 X.
Canon's high-end compact with a large sensor packed into a compact body. Its charm lies in the natural background blur and low-noise rendering from a sensor close to APS-C size.
It features a 4x optical zoom covering 28mm to 112mm in 35mm equivalent. And having an optical viewfinder is another point that makes you want to cherish the feeling of "taking" a photograph.
With a vari-angle LCD and a full set of manual controls, it can be enjoyed across a wide range, from snapshots to serious photographic work.
1. A Backlit Street Corner
A small truck sunk in black against the backlight, and the strongly reflected light of a building. With the subject melting into the background, this shot makes the glare and heat of an urban afternoon feel all the more striking.
2. A Blue, Blurring Night
The blue-tinted light of the buildings and the color of a red traffic light quietly emerge in the night city.
The slight blur and wavering focus leave behind an even more vivid impression of the humidity and atmosphere unique to a city night. Framing it with a slightly narrower angle of view concentrates the air of the night city.
3. In the Flow of the City
The moment people pass naturally beside a small truck with a "Being removed" sign stuck on it.
A shot that captures, just as it is, the slightly cluttered air of the city and the rhythm of urban daily life.
4. Flash Lighting the Night Road
The flash cuts through a quiet residential area in a somehow otherworldly way. The light from a vending machine and street lamps overlaps, giving this shot a distinctive sense of depth in the night streets.
The Atmosphere of the City, Drawn by a Large Sensor
The Canon PowerShot G1 X combines the rich rendering only a large sensor can offer with the nimbleness of a compact camera.
Day or night, it captures a natural atmosphere and gives depth even to ordinary street scenes.
You can enjoy shooting with manual controls, yet it is also easy to use for casual snapshots.
For anyone seeking "high image quality you can carry," it is still a compact digital camera with plenty of appeal today.
