[With Sample Photos] A Snapshot Camera for Your Pocket: FUJIFILM FinePix Z800EXR

Hello everyone. This time I'd like to introduce the compact digital camera FUJIFILM FinePix Z800EXR.

It features a 5x optical zoom covering 35mm to 175mm in 35mm equivalent.
From a wide angle that is easy to use for snapshots to a telephoto range that lets you frame subjects a little farther away, it is easy to handle for street walks and everyday shooting. Its slim body that is no trouble to carry is another of its appeals.

1. Quiet Moments of the City Crossing in Front of a Brick Wall

Orange lights and a "No Smoking" sign add a touch of warmth to an otherwise impersonal street corner.
A man looking at his phone and a parked electric bicycle: it captured everyday urban life naturally. Even the colors of such ordinary scenes are rendered softly.

2. Winter Light Streaming In at the Underpass Exit

A figure silhouetted against the backlight and the texture of a rust-streaked roof.
A shot that seems to lock the atmosphere of the slightly worn underpass right into the photo.

3. Under the Cold Sky, Everyone's Work Goes On

A survey worker in a reflective vest quietly takes notes in front of a public phone.
The thick gloves and wool hat seem to convey even the cold winter air.
It naturally preserved a real moment from a corner of the city.

4. Motion and Energy Remaining in the Blur

A composition that dynamically frames two men raising their arms from slightly below. Precisely because the photo is blurred, the atmosphere of the scene and the momentum of the moment come across strongly. It's a shot that conveys the fun of shooting loosely.

5. Three Cranes Floating in the Afternoon Sky

Viewed from a little distance, the construction site looks somehow quiet and orderly.
The cloudless sky and the silhouettes of the cranes line up beautifully, giving a sense of urban breathing room.
The honest color typical of the Z800EXR was also impressive.

Lightly Capturing Everyday City Life With a Small Body

The FUJIFILM FinePix Z800EXR packs a 5x optical zoom into a slim, palm-sized body.
It's light enough to slip into a pocket and carry casually, yet it naturally renders the light and atmosphere of the city. Its soft colors and the fun of shooting loosely are its charms, and I felt it is a camera that makes you want to preserve everyday life.
